PROJECT COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBLE TO (upper hierarchy level) : |
CMA Project Director/ dotted line to Project Services Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR (lower hierarchy level) : |
Bringing added value and providing support to CMA Project Director and Project Services Manager on any CMA contract and Project Management matters
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : |
? Strong customer interactions
? Bring new ideas to the leadership team in terms of management, reporting, client engagement
? Provides assistance in data manipulation and presentation to support Project Director and/or Project Services Manager
? Tendering / Proposal development for the main CMA contract
? Prepares Weekly Report for review
? Prepares Monthly Report for review
? Risk Management
SPECIFIC SKILLS ( software, certification etc.) : |
? 4 - Project Controls experience (cost or planning)
? 4 - Project Reporting experience (narratives and KPIs)
? 1 - Technical knowledge of the requirements for nuclear equipment and plants
? 1 - Execution of projects in a highly regulated environment, preferably nuclear
? 1 - Worked effectively in a joint venture environment
? 4 - Experience in programme and project management including the establishment and maintenance of complex and integrated schedules
? 3 - Between 3 and 5 years of EPC/EPC(m) experience
? 4 - Fluent in English, with additional French preferred.
? 4 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with creative solution and problem solving skills
? 3 - International experience working on engineering and construction contracts of equipment and materials in a large scale project environment would be a plus
? 3 – Risk Management (PMP, others)
? 4 – Creative reporting
