JOB DESCRIPTION

 

POSITION NAME :

 

PROJECT COORDINATOR

 

RESPONSIBLE TO  (upper hierarchy level) :

 

CMA Project Director/ dotted line to Project Services Manager

 

RESPONSIBLE FOR  (lower hierarchy level) :

 

Bringing added value and providing support to CMA Project Director and  Project Services Manager on any CMA contract and Project Management  matters

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

 

►    Strong customer interactions

►    Bring new ideas to the leadership team in terms of management, reporting, client engagement

►    Provides assistance in data manipulation and presentation to support Project Director and/or Project Services Manager

►    Tendering / Proposal development for the main CMA contract

►    Prepares Weekly Report for review

►    Prepares Monthly Report for review

►    Risk Management

SPECIFIC SKILLS ( software, certification etc.) :

 

►    4 - Project Controls experience (cost or planning)

►    4 - Project Reporting experience (narratives and KPIs)

►    1 - Technical knowledge of the requirements for nuclear equipment and plants

►    1 - Execution of projects in a highly regulated environment, preferably nuclear

►    1 - Worked effectively in a joint venture environment

►    4 - Experience in programme and project management including the establishment and maintenance of complex and integrated schedules

►    3 - Between 3 and 5 years of EPC/EPC(m) experience

►    4 - Fluent in English, with additional French preferred.

►    4 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with creative solution and problem solving skills

►    3 - International experience working on engineering and construction contracts of equipment and materials in a large scale project environment would be a plus

 

►    3 – Risk Management (PMP, others)

►    4 – Creative reporting

►    4 - Experience in or proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office tools (Excel advanced features, Powerpoint, Word advanced features)

 

EDUCATION AND/OR ADDITIONAL TRAINING :

 

Basic Background (diploma required + additional training needed) :

 

Diplome d’ingenieur

 

Level of General Experience required :

Junior (5 years < Experience < 7 years)     

 

Level of Nuclear Experience required
